Ulta Beauty in Menomonee Falls robbed multiple times

Cameras caught someone stuffing a trash bag with $11,000 in perfume at a Menomonee Falls store.WISN 12 News has the surveillance video of the theft inside an Ulta Beauty store last month. Menomonee Falls police said three people entered the store. In the video, people can see one of them filling up a trash bag with fragrances.Employees watched on. Police said the person took off with more than $11,000 worth of products in April. “That’s crazy. I had no idea. I don’t come here very often. I come here like once every few months, but yeah, wow, $11,000. That’s a lot,” said customer Anise Vanderhoof. Police said the store has been hit several times. In May, two people stole more than $1,300 worth of merchandise. There were several thefts in 2021 as well. In November, $10,000 worth of items stolen. In July, $400 and in May, $900. The store, nor Ulta’s corporate offices, had answers. WISN 12 News was asked to leave the store. Customers said they still feel safe. “I’ve never had any issues in there, so I’m still shopping in there,” said Katey Baab, another customer. “Seems secure to me. I never would have thought twice,” Vanderhoof said.
