Redmint opens a blissful new spa and herbal bar on Fillmore Street + more style scoop

Mind-body healing is on the menu at Redmint’s second wellness sanctuary, now open in Pacific Heights.

Plus, Credo Beauty’s Exa brand just released a colorful new product, and the first SF West Coast Craft of 2022 is on tap next weekend.

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost two years since Credo Beauty launched its first makeup line, Exa—with 43 shades of foundation. The super-clean brand’s new High Fidelity Color Corrector ($27), meant to complement the award-winning foundation, is a face-changer.

Designed for all skin tones and types, the smooth and blendable formula targets and neutralizes dark circles, redness, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. It features an active blend of marshmallow root, licorice root, and rice bran extract that help reduce the appearance of dark spots over time (merci!).

Here’s the breakdown of the six shades: Green and yellow are good for all skin tones. The former neutralizes redness, the latter amps up brightness and neutralizes dark circles. The pink, peach, deep peach, and red-orange are designed for specific complexions, from fairest fair to darkest dark.

Exa is available at Credo stores and online.

Say aah! Redmint’s second urban-wellness retreat just debuted in Pac Heights.

Ever since its opened in Cow Hollow, Redmint has been a sanctuary for in-the-know locals seeking wellness from the inside out and vice versa—exactly why the new Fillmore Street location is cause for self-care celebration. The new oasis will also provide a range of skincare and beauty treatments, acupuncture and therapeutic bodywork—all inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine paired with modern innovations.

The space is stunning…spare, soothing, and beautifully appointed, reflecting its Eastern philosophy. We especially heart the glorious herbal bar, a must-sit/sip before or after your lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, cupping or gua sha, CBD or LED facial. On the menu: a range of herbal tonic, teas, and lattes.

Coming soon: lifestyle and wellness events, and exercise classes. (Balanced qi, here we come.) Also make sure to check out Redmint’s own TCM-forward beauty and body products, herbal extracts, and wellness tools.
