Opelika police search for women in July 4th shopping trip with stolen card

OPELIKA, Ala. (WRBL) – Opelika Law enforcement need your help figuring out two women who allegedly stole a wallet from a victim’s purse and utilized it to go buying on Independence Working day. 

On July 4, 2022, the Opelika Police Section began investigating a Theft of Home, Third Degree, at Kroger on 2460 Organization Travel. At around 11:30 a.m. two white females entered the keep and proceeded to get rid of the victim’s wallet from their purse even though the victim was distracted. The suspects then attempted to make purchases at Most effective Obtain, and at businesses in Auburn, applying the victim’s stolen debit card

The very first suspect, a white female with prolonged reddish hair, is witnessed wearing a black t-shirt, jean shorts, and black sneakers. The next suspect, a white feminine with blonde hair, is noticed wearing a darkish blue t-shirt, black leggings, and tennis shoes.
