TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa person is dealing with quite a few felony rates soon after police say he took pics of various females switching in dressing rooms at place retail retailers.

Detectives served a research warrant at Daniel Toy’s house and observed from August to March, Toy took pics of more than 40 girls while they modified in dressing rooms. SVU detectives say through their investigation they also located Toy mounted a hidden camera in his guest lavatory and recorded women when they were in there.
“This is a place in which a human being has an expectation of privacy.
